The Ohio Meetup Conference Committee wants you not only to have an exciting time at the conference, but also leave with new skills and knowledge that you can take back home and implement in your daily life for a better YOU. During this session we will have a few guest speakers talking on various topics both important to streamers as well as viewers. A few of the subjects will include Finance, Health, Wellness and MORE! There will be time for Questions and Answers with the panelist.

Kim Blue

With keen insight and a holistic approach, Kim Blue helps organizations align their people strategy, business goals, and values to shape employee experiences that fuel success.

Her years of experience creating and executing strategies for top-flight organizations such as ESPN, Microsoft and businesses in the tech/fintech arenas have made her an in-demand consultant to C-suite and senior executives and an influential thought leader among HR professionals. She is a member of the Forbes HR Council and has counseled and inspired hundreds of people through her popular professional development series, The Blueprint.

Over her career, Kim has earned a reputation as a trusted adviser and empathic leader known for bringing efficiency and scale to growing companies and driving organizational alignment and effectiveness that support business strategies. She honed her ability to inspire and see the potential of works in progress in her early career as a personal trainer, a skillset she has refined as she has risen through the ranks to become an HR executive. Whether she’s consulting leaders one-on-one or developing a plan to take a company's people operations to the next level, she is still a coach at her core. Kim is a graduate of East Carolina University and Queens University of Charlotte and lives in Atlanta. In her spare time, you’ll usually find her cheering for her son, Avery Ross, from the sideline of a sporting event

Carmen Gray, RN, BSN, NBC-HWC

Carmen is a Registered Nurse with 25 years of experience in healthcare. Currently, she works as a Research Nurse specializing in brain and renal cell cancer. She has spent the majority of her career as a medical/surgical nurse with a certification in gerontology and has also gained experience in home care. In 2014, Carmen developed a passion for fitness.

In 2017, recognizing a lack of resources in her community, she began to study fitness and nutrition more intensively. Motivated to increase health and fitness awareness and provide affordable services, Carmen became a certified personal trainer that same year. In 2018, she founded Carmawellness LLC.

During the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, Carmen observed an increased need for support in spiritual well-being. To better assist her clients, she became a certified yoga instructor. She later obtained her Graduate certificate from The Ohio State University . Currently,.Carmen is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She trains at the Volt Center in Cleveland Hys, Oh. Carmen is a member of the Holistic Nurses Association and an advocate for what she refers to as “temple maintenance,” emphasizing the importance of caring for one’s body.

She believes in being a good steward of the gifts entrusted to her by God, especially the care of the body—your temple!

Datie Priest, Ed.D

A FOREVER LEARNER, Datie Priest, Ed.D is on a life mission to “Foster Resilience through Purposeful Engagement.” A career educator, she worked 18 years in the elementary learning community and 4 years in student services as at-risk services coordinator for a secondary learning community focusing on graduation rates. In addition to being an adjunct instructor in the College of Education at The University of Alabama in Huntsville, Datie is President and Chief Executive Officer of Engagement Matters…a boutique consulting company focusing on improving the quality of life through intentional engagement.

Datie obtained her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Alabama A&M University, Ed.S and Ed.D from The University of Alabama and attended the National Urban School Leaders Institute at Harvard University.

At her core, Datie is a self-described “around the way girl” who values everyday people. In her spare time, she is CEO (Chief Engagement Officer) and host of Engagement Matters with Dr. Datie…where she engages the vibe via her live-streamed podcast twice weekly on Twitch!

Renee Benson

"Renee Benson is a dynamic Life Coach and Professional Development Trainer with a specialization in Emotional Intelligence. With 25+ years of experience shaping the workforce of private, public, and government organizations, Renee now successfully guides her coaching clients to use courage, community, and commitment to discover, or rediscover, who they really are.

Renee has been a Breakout Session Trainer and Panelist at Workforce Development conferences nationwide and has trained several thousand individuals in the effective use of coaching techniques to provide human-centered services. As a speaker, Renee is an open book—generously sharing insights based on her personal and professional success and challenges to move audiences toward action. Her unique mix of authenticity, honesty, compassion, and tough love allows her to seamlessly connect with people of all ages and across generations. Renee has a natural synergism that produces results.

When she’s not helping women reclaim their identity or helping businesses build an emotional intelligent workforce, Renee is traveling and exploring cultural arts."   

Monica R. Williams

As a former school principal, baker and now DJ and meditator, this serial entrepreneur has made successful rounds in developing businesses that serve the world’s needs and her latest meditation practices and presentations are no different. Use breathing methodology and activities to calm the inner spirit, Ms. Williams uses voice tone and visualization to provide a variety of guided meditations any listening human being can enjoy and employ.

As DJ Classix, Md Williams adds music to the experience to create meaningful, memorable activities participants can use daily creating their own meditative practice they can regularly use and apply to reduce stress, anxiety and build patience and tolerance for basic life challenges.
